The Officers and Board of Directors, strongly encourage all members to become involved in the organization. All decisions made regarding where meetings are held, our scholarship recipients, and all other activities our group sponsors is decided by committee. OFFICER DOWN! Please remember in your thoughts and prayers Rochester PO Anthony DiPonzio who was shot in the back of the head by a 14 year old thug while he was investigating drug activity. Also, Niagara Falls POs Walter Nichols and Mike Bird were shot while investigating a domestic dispute. Officer Bird received injuries to his face and was treated and released. Officer Nichols, who was shot in the chest and stomach, underwent surgery and remains in the hospital. These two heroes are credited in saving the life of the female domestic violence victim.

Joe Fiorentino, a Cook County Sheriff won a championship belt at the naga Midwest grappling championships on November 15, 2008 He is ranked #1 in director division grappling in the nation. He is a proud member of the Italian American Police organization in Illinois. Congratulations Joe!
